Events
How do I submit an event?
Log in to your account, click "Submit Event" in the navigation, and fill out the event submission form. Your event will be reviewed by our team before being published.
How long does event approval take?
Most events are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your event is approved or if we need additional information.
Can I edit an event after it's published?
Published events cannot be edited directly. Please contact our support team if you need to make changes to a published event.
What types of events can I submit?
We accept all cannabis-related events in New Jersey including educational workshops, networking events, product launches, wellness sessions, industry conferences, competitions, festivals, fundraisers, advocacy events, and cultural celebrations.
RSVPs
How do I RSVP to an event?
Log in to your account, find the event you want to attend, and click the "RSVP" button. You can manage your RSVPs from your dashboard.
Can I cancel my RSVP?
Yes, you can cancel your RSVP anytime before the event starts. Go to your dashboard, find the event under "My RSVPs", and click "Cancel RSVP".
What if an event is full?
Events with capacity limits show how many spots are available. If an event is full, you can contact the organizer directly to inquire about a waitlist.
Businesses
How do I claim my business?
Find your business in our directory, click "Claim This Business", and fill out the claim form. Our team will verify your ownership and activate your business profile.
What are the benefits of claiming my business?
Claimed businesses can update their information, respond to reviews, submit events directly, and appear in featured listings.
How long does business verification take?
Business claims are typically verified within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional verification documents.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" in the top navigation, provide your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from your profile settings. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
